Usually consider myself knowledgeable, but when I got stumped on the failure of a database connection and asked HostBreak for advise, I was shocked they were able to change some code, get a new error for me and find out the database was corrupt. I was shocked that was the problem, it never occurred to me. I was so relieved HostBreak helped me out, I was really impressed (and thankful) with HostBreak's team of support. I feel safe with these guys hosting my site, they obviously spend their time updating their software, and keeping their customers updated, secure and happy. My latest experience so far has been when my (older) asp code was having session cookie problems. instead of telling me to get newer code, they actually changed my site config to run MY OUTDATED ASP code! Now that is SERVICE!

I was out of town for some time and found that my account was expired. Though they emailed me 30 days earlier, my email account had changed and I was not getting their emails. When I came back from my tour, I found my site closed, but I just talked to the customer support for once and explained them the situation, and they instantly fixed my account upon verbal agreement of making the payment within next 5 days. Outstanding!!!

I transferred from --- to HostBreak in March 2005. No regrets. Much cheaper, higher limits on web space. Very easy to transfer over. Very good and fast email support. I'd recommend them.
